Step Twelve - Clearing my BELIEFS

Beliefs are nothing more than stories that we tell ourselves on repeat, gathering evidence along the way, until they form our ‘reality’.


Honestly, most of what we believe is not even ours!  We’re simply raised not to question - the infamous “Because I said so” line.


This is where we drop our need to be ‘right’, to look ‘bright’, and instead connect with our desire to be happy!


Journaling Prompts:

  • What are your core beliefs about how your body, health and fitness work that got you to this point? How do these beliefs make you feel?  If you could believe anything, what would you LOVE to believe in terms of how relationships work? What are the core beliefs you choose to take to your next level?
